Job summary

Happyian Therapy & Academy in Illinois is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will also serve as Clinic Director at one of our clinics. The role blends direct clinical work with leadership, managing a small caseload of 5–7 clients and mentoring staff, while expanding clinic programs with strong leadership support.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year, with reviews at 6 and 12 months, bonuses, paid CEUs, holidays, and opportunities to grow with the clinic.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility for certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership potential.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ambitious, creative, hardworking, and self-motivated mindset.
• New graduates and newly certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Analyze client data and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services are delivered according to BCBA ethical and professional standards.
• Support meaningful outcomes for children and families.
• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Support a positive and collaborative clinic culture.
• Work with clinical and administrative team members.
• Help develop programs and services within the clinic.
• Support staff development and team communication.
• Identify opportunities for clinic growth.
• Participate in community outreach and development.
• Take an active role in building the future of your clinic.
