Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Maryland LBA (or eligibility prior to start).
• 3–5+ years of BCBA experience, including supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Monitor caseload quality, treatment integrity, and clinical productivity.
