Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Palos Heights, IL. This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a highly collaborative clinical team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The role offers a total annual compensation of $85,000 to $112,000, including base salary and bonuses, with a monthly bonus structure up to $1,000 and a $5,000 sign-on. Strong leadership and mentorship are emphasized within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• IL LBA license or eligibility.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience advising and supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and progress reports.
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure outcomes.
