Job summary

Ability Builders in New Jersey is seeking a Center Director with a strong background in applied behavior analysis to lead our programs for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The BCBA will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct behavioral therapy in multiple settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for behavioral interventions.
• Knowledge of autism spectrum practices and special education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral needs.
