Job summary

Futures, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lowell, MA to join our mission-driven team. The role involves conducting FBAs, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, and collaborating with caregivers, RBTs, and staff across center-based, home, and community settings.

Monday–Friday schedule with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Starting salary is $90,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a monthly incentive program at $75/hour.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA Certification & LABA License (required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Create treatment plans that promote measurable growth and independence.
• Train and support caregivers, RBTs, and staff.
• Provide services in center-based, home, community, and clinical settings.
