Job summary

SOS Brownsville is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide center-based ABA therapy in our Brownsville clinic, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, ethical care in a supportive, mission-driven setting.

You will supervise treatment plans, perform assessments, train RBTs, and offer parent training while maintaining a caseload of 25–32 billable hours per week.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with licensure.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and RBT staff.
• Ability to provide parent training and support families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans.
• Train RBTs and provide parent training.
• Manage a caseload of 25–32 billable hours per week.
• Assist with travel/onsite coordination as needed.
