Job summary

Interlocking Connections, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work at our Enfield, CT center and as a consultant in nearby areas. We offer medical benefits, Simple IRA with employer matching, holiday pay and paid time off.

Ideal candidate has experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is BCBA certified; supervision for LPC/LMHC available and LABA certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related human services field.
• Successful completion of internship/training in analysis of behavior and instructional strategies.
• Competence in behavior management, instructional skills, communication, organization, and interpersonal relations.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train direct support professionals and consultants as applicable.
• Develop, facilitate and follow-up ABA training using DTT and natural environment models.
• Identify resources and support information for clients and families.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide ongoing training and support to ABA implementers and support roles.
• Create data collection systems to monitor program efficacy and guide planning.
• Develop behavior/treatment plans focused on teaching and antecedent strategies.
