Cortica in Danvers, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid remote role. You will oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for children with autism and lead a transdisciplinary team of BTs, delivering care with compassion and evidence-based practice.

The position offers a strong compensation package with salary range $93,105–$116,738 plus a second bonus opportunity, generous PTO (22–26 days), a CEU stipend of $2,000, license reimbursement, retirement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming ABA programming for patients receiving treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and supervise cases.
• Design and implement schedule that balances clinical care and administration.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team for holistic care and family engagement.
