Job summary

Kennedy ABA Group is seeking a BCBA for a hybrid in-person role in the United States. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating closely with families. Flexible scheduling and a mix of home and community settings are offered.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually, with sign-on and retention bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k). Full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Thrives in hands-on, in-person environment.
• Full-time and part-time options available.
• In-person services in home and/or community settings.
• Monday to Friday daytime hours.
• Flexible scheduling within assigned caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-person assessments and evaluations.
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Providing direct, in-person BCBA supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborating with families and caregivers.
• Analyzing data and making real-time treatment adjustments.
