Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center-based ABA cases in Georgia. You will oversee ethical caseloads, develop individualized programs, and work closely with caregivers to drive meaningful client outcomes.

The role offers a salary of $90,000–$120,000 per year, with hybrid days and WFH flexibility. Benefits include CEUs, generous PTO, health/dental/vision, and ongoing mentorship to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Board Certification as a BCBA.
• Experience with skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and develop individualized treatment programs.
• Supervise and support behaviour technicians and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with caregivers to promote long-term client success.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Implement and expand knowledge of innovative ABA methodologies.
