Responsibilities
Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
Help with parent communication and analyze client data.
Research literature related to client programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
