A leading ABA therapy provider in Texas is seeking a BCBA Apprentice to bridge the gap between education and practice. This role offers tailored mentorship and hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced BCBAs, preparing you for the BCBA exam. Responsibilities include assisting with client therapy, supervising tasks, and supporting BCBA trainers. Qualifications

• Completion of 60% of BACB supervision requirements within 6 months.
• Active RBT certification is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Help with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete Monthly Mock Exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.
