Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Iowa. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and collaborate with families to support client success.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and ensure ethical and regulatory compliance. The role offers flexible schedules and both in-person and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-TimeAvailable
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Iowa/Telehealth Remote
