Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC in Missouri is seeking an experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required and Missouri licensure eligibility.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Missouri/Telehealth Remote
