Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Iowa is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and lead individualized ABA programs. You will develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-TimeAvailable
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Iowa/Telehealth Remote
