Aluma Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in Missouri. You will develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support client success.

This role offers flexible scheduling, both in-person and telehealth options, and opportunities for professional growth, with competitive compensation and bonuses.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Missouri/Telehealth Remote

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
