Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC in Iowa is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead evidence-based ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and maintain compliance with ethical standards while providing ongoing professional growth opportunities in a supportive environment. You will participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with current licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organization and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $70,000-$100,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Iowa/Telehealth Remote

Skills and Qualifications

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
