Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc in Van Nuys, CA is seeking a BCBA to work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You will collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, and bilingual Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
