Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. You will assess, design and implement ABA treatment plans for clients, and supervise staff as part of a collaborative treatment team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise and train behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review/update regularly
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)
