Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role in Colorado. You will assess and design treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals to implement data-driven interventions.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, has experience in designing ABA curricula, and can communicate effectively with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA certification.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong communication with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review/update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes to track client progress.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs based on data.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for supervised clients.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Sign-on Bonus for Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA is $3k!

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

• Design behavior intervention plans

• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals

• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
