Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Utah. The BCBA will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges, and will supervise behavior technicians and other professionals.

Collaboration with families and caregivers is essential to ensure effective treatment progress and plan adjustments.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.
• Must be licensed with the state of Utah licensing board as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
