Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our Utah team in a hybrid role. You will assess clients, design and implement ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Must be licensed with Utah licensing board as an LBA
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement treatment plans
• Review reports and session notes regularly
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs as needed
• Write progress reports for supervised clients

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
