Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. The BCBA will assess clients, design and implement personalized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians and other staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and review/update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with the treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes for accuracy and progress.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write client progress reports summarizing data and outcomes.

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

• Design behavior intervention plans

• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals

• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis

• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes

• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
