Job summary

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid role. The BCBA will assess, design, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, while supervising behavior technicians and coordinating with families and treatment teams in Utah.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, Utah licensure as an LBA, and has strong skills in data-driven decision making, program design, and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Utah state licensure as LBA.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement plans
• Review reports and session notes regularly
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs based on data
• Write data summaries and progress reports for supervised clients

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
