Therapeutic Learning Consultants in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles is seeking Full Time and Part Time Behavior Technicians to join our growing team.

We hire BCBA/BCaBA professionals to supervise and implement ABA-based interventions for children with Autism, including DTT, VB, and NET, with opportunities for training and career growth within a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• MA in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education; BCBA coursework considered for supervisor role.
• Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience; 2+ years working with children with Autism using ABA.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervision of direct staff.
• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs based on the child’s needs including acquisition and reduction.
• Experience with DTT, Verbal Behavior, and NET.
• VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments a plus.
• Write quarterly progress reports.
• Interact with funding source contacts.
• Conduct FBA’s.
• Provide parent training.
• Ongoing and new hire training.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)


• M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework will be considered for supervisor role. BCBA preferred


• Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field


• 1 + years supervisory experience. At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods


• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervision of direct staff


• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA


• The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT), Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching (NET)


• Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus


• Write quarterly progress reports


• Interact with funding source contacts


• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)


• Provide parent training


• Ongoing and new hire training.
