Steady Strides ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time and part-time positions to provide in-home ABA therapy. We emphasize flexible schedules, no minimum caseload, and remote work when not in active sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

BCBA Pay Rate:

$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus:

$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
