Job summary

Steady Strides ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home ABA therapy. Positions are available in full-time and part-time formats. Pay ranges from $65 to $95 per hour, with an approximate annual equivalent of $95,000–$140,000 for a 30-hour week.

A first-year bonus of $5,000 is offered for full-time incumbents. Responsibilities include FBAs, VB-MAPP/MAS/Vineland-3 assessments, developing and supervising intervention plans, and training staff, caregivers, and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with Autism.
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments.
• Use VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3 tools.
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs).
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families.
• Track progress, analyze data, adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
