Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct FBAs, develop and monitor behavior interventions, and supervise ABA therapists. The role supports in-home therapy for children and young adults with Autism, with flexible schedules and remote work when not in active sessions.

Qualifications include active BCBA certification and at least 1 year of experience. Travel to client homes is required. The position offers top pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

BCBA Pay Rate: $65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).

First Year Bonus: $5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.
