Steady Strides ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Texas. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with flexible hours and the option to work from home when not in active sessions.
Applicants should have BCBA certification, at least 1 year of related experience, and strong skills in behavior plan writing and data analysis.
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).
$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part-time BCBAs.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Active BCBA certification (required)
At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for in-home visits)
