Job summary

Advanced Therapy Clinic LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise our growing ABA program. The role includes overseeing BCaBA and RBT staff, coordinating services, and delivering ABA, functional analyses, and adaptive life skills support for children and adolescents.

This position offers in-person and telehealth options with daytime hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising BCaBA and RBT staff.
• Experience with ABA, functional analyses, and behavior reduction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCaBA and RBT staff and coordinate ABA services.
• Conduct assessments and develop/tailor treatment plans.

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills.

Education and Requirements:

• Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
• Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
