Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to increase provider productivity.
  • Assess and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
  • AZ Licensure or the ability to obtain a license
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • BCBA: 1+ years of work experience with children with autism and related disorders.
  • Caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated to learn
  • Preferred experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, and OBM skills
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation and auto insurance
  • Pass a criminal background check
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work in collaboration with the leadership team to increase provider productivity, enhance client programming and support a creative workspace for employees.
  • Assess, design, develop and implement intervention plans and skill acquisition programs for clients.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures to ensure proper implementation of behavior support plans
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Train and collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly BCBA meetings
