Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Services, a division of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC), is seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant to support children and families through IBHS standards in home and community settings.

You will conduct FBAs, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide training to parents, collaborating with schools and treating teams. This in-person role requires PA clearance and driving to client sites in Lancaster, PA area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children or adolescents in behavioral health.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide consultation and training to parents and caregivers in home, school, and community settings.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community settings; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and external providers; maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IBHS, state, and organizational standards.
