This in-office role focuses on data-driven, person-centered strategies aligned with DDA and Medicaid Waiver requirements, ensuring trauma-informed practice and positive supports. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Eligible to practice in Maryland as a BCBA under applicable regulations.
• Experience conducting functional analyses and developing tiered behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBA with ABC data analysis to identify triggers.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans.
• Provide staff training on behavior support strategies and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with DDA, COMAR, and Medicaid requirements.
• Maintain documentation of plans, progress notes, data, and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to align outcomes.
