Job summary

The Arc Carroll County Westminster, Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Behavioral Consultant to lead behavioral support services. This in-office role focuses on assessments, plan development, data-driven monitoring, and staff training to ensure compliant, person-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, creating evidence-based plans, and ensuring regulatory adherence while working with families and interdisciplinary teams in a fully in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Maryland eligibility.
• Experience with functional analyses and tiered behavior support plans.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Must travel within the county and manage multiple cases.
• Knowledge of DDA and COMAR regulations.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean record.
• CPR/First Aid training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and ABC analysis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans.
• Provide staff training on behavior support strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DDA, OHCQ, and Medicaid standards.
• Maintain documentation of plans, progress, and data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
