Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Must be eligible to practice in Maryland as a Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) including ABC data analysis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized evidence-based behavior support plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision on behavior support strategies.
• Ensure compliance with DDA, OHCQ, Medicaid and state regulations.
• Maintain documentation of plans, progress notes, data, and training.

Education
