Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Toms River, New Jersey, to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. The role is part-time with hourly pay between $75 and $110 and includes a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, support families, and track client progress while maintaining ethical standards and robust documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license preferred and will be required in near future.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
