Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is mandatory.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Experience in behavioral health or special education settings is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support paraprofessionals in their roles.
• Conduct patient assessments for behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide data collection and track patient progress.
• Conduct parent trainings.
• Design tailored curriculums based on assessments.
