Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Behavioral Analyst to conduct client assessments and supervise ABA services for youth ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs), identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a BCBA certification and a graduate degree in ABA or related field, plus PA licensure; prior leadership/supervision experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and ABA background.
• Graduate degree in ABA, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• Active PA license in a relevant field with scope to supervise ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with families and service providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement ABA-based rehabilitative activities.
