Job summary

The role conducts functional behavior assessments, develops behavior support plans, trains staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, adhering to state laws and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA).
• Eligible to be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Texas.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Master's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision to behavioral health staff and train teams.
• Perform observations, data analysis, and report results to improve interventions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.
