Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group ABA-based services aligned with student IEPs.
• Deliver behavior-related services as mandated by IEPs and maintain progress monitoring data.
• Support students in developing self-regulation, coping, and executive functioning skills.
• Collaborate with staff and families to ensure consistency in support across settings.
• Attend IEP meetings as the designated behavior specialist or related service provider.
• Write measurable, data-driven behavioral goals and objectives for IEPs.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress toward IEP goals using behavioral data.
