Job summary

School-Based Behavior Consultation, LLC seeks a Behavior & Safety Specialist (BCBA) to provide clinical services with enhanced oversight for complex cases across center, school, home, and community settings. You will share oversight with Primary BCBAs and strengthen compliance, treatment integrity, and safety practices.

The role combines a billable caseload with organization-wide safety oversight, data-driven decision making, and staff coaching to support high-risk learners and skilled teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Indiana licensure.
• Clinical experience with high-acuity behavior such as aggression and self-injury.
• Proficiency in functional assessment and behavior intervention.
• Experience in staff supervision, coaching, and training.
• Strong documentation and data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA-level supervision and oversight for selected cases with enhanced clinical risk.
• Contribute to crisis prevention, safety plans, and treatment integrity.
• Coordinate with Primary BCBA and leadership on case assignments and changes.
• Coach RBTs and staff through modeling and feedback; ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor data and progress toward individualized goals across settings.
