Job summary

School-Based Behavior Consultation, LLC (SBBC) seeks a Behavior & Safety Specialist (BCBA) to provide clinical services with enhanced oversight for learners at risk. The role combines billable caseloads with safety training, staff coaching, and crisis prevention across centers, schools, homes, and community settings.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification and Indiana licensure, and can collaborate with Primary BCBAs on case planning, supervision, and documentation while maintaining SBBC

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and Indiana licensure.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with high-acuity behavior (aggression, self-injury, elopement, or property destruction).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety‑Care and related credentials.
• Strong judgment, communication, confidentiality, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced clinical oversight with assigned case responsibilities and supervisor collaboration.
• Conduct or contribute to functional assessments, treatment planning, and protocol development.
• Provide direct BCBA supervision, training, and caregiver consultation as appropriate.
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and ensure treatment fidelity across settings.
• Coach staff and ensure competency through modeling, feedback, and documentation.
• Coordinate services across center, school, home, and community settings.
