Job summary

School-Based Behavior Consultation, LLC (SBBC) seeks a Behavior & Safety Specialist (BCBA) to provide advanced clinical services, oversight, and safety training across center, school, home, and community settings. You will manage a billable caseload while supporting incident reviews and staff coaching.

You will collaborate with Primary BCBAs, develop crisis prevention plans, and ensure treatment integrity, compliance, and high-quality care for learners with complex behaviors.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure are required.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and organize multiple caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA supervision, observation, and staff training as clinically appropriate.
• Analyze behavioral data and monitor treatment progress and safety.
• Travel between SBBC sites and service settings as needed; coordinate with leadership.
