Channel Behavioral Care PA, LLC (Channel ABA) is hiring a BCBA/LBS to lead clinical services across Central Pennsylvania. The role includes FBA, treatment planning, supervising RBTs/BHTs, and caregiver training, with a focus on trauma‑informed, ethical care and manageable caseloads.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania required
• Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans
• Oversee and mentor RBTs/BHTs per IBHS standards
• Provide caregiver training and support across home, school, center, and community settings
• Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation and collaborate with families and teams
• Participate in IBHS meetings and care coordination
