Job summary

Achieving True Self is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and candidates pursuing BCBA certification in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on evidence-based ABA care, mentoring RBTs and supervisees, and collaborating with families to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or in progress preferred.
• LBS licensure in PA or in progress preferred.
• Passion for mentoring and developing new talent.
• Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurance and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide Evidence-Based ABA care and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train RBTs, BCBA supervisees, and BHTs.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for consistent treatment.
• Collect and analyze treatment data to guide progress.
• Foster engaging, compassionate sessions for young clients.
