Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train MNPS staff in evidence-based behavior analytic practices.
• Provide coaching and supervision of RBTs and interns.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Guide school teams in data collection, graphing, and fidelity checks.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and TN licensure requirements.
