Job summary

Jobot is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs, support families, and mentor clinical staff in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification (or applicable state licensure, where required).
• 3+ years of ABA clinical experience.
• Experience supervising and developing clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent coaching, education, and ongoing clinical support.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
