Job summary

Thrive Autism Services in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will plan, develop and monitor evidence-based treatment and supervise RBTs, with opportunities to train families and collaborate with schools and other providers. A signing bonus of $10,000 is available. The role requires BCBA certification and AZ licensure (LBA), plus at least 1 year of supervised BCBA experience. Salary: $90,000–$100,000.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified and AZ licensed (LBA).
• Minimum 1 year of supervised BCBA experience.
• Ability to supervise and train RBTs.
• Must obtain fingerprint clearance card and BACB supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ABA program management for clients.
• Supervises RBTs and provides training/coaching.
• Collaborates with treatment team, families, and other professionals to improve outcomes.
• Facilitates parent training and connects families with community resources.
