Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. We focus on delivering high‑quality care across center, home, and school settings with strong back-office support to minimize admin time.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. The salary is competitive, with state-based variations and a bi-weekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate is required.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
• Reliable commute or willingness to relocate before starting work.
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans.
