Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a highly qualified BCBA to lead ABA services for clients aged 2–21. The role requires developing ITPs, performing client assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based ABA care.

The candidate must hold a graduate degree in ABA or related fields and be licensed in Pennsylvania. Strong leadership and the ability to ensure regulatory compliance are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Active PA license in psychology, professional counseling, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or CRNP.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations.
• Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals.
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Collaborate with clients ages 2–21, families, and multidisciplinary service providers.
• Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies.
• Implement rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Provide direct care services in alignment with ABA best practices.
• Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure documentation and services comply with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Maintain PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
