Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a licensed BCBA to lead individualized ABA care with a small caseload. The role focuses on developing and supervising client-specific treatment plans, conducting assessments, and using data to guide decisions.

The position requires ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians / RBTs, collaboration with families, and strict documentation compliance while staying current with ABA best practices and ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• State LBA license required or in process.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance.
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards.
